The four star Westin Grand Cayman Seven Mile Beach Resort & Spa boasts an enviable beachfront location just 10 minutes from the airport and near to golfing, shopping and restaurants. Cool hues of white and blue feature throughout, from the hotel exterior to the sun loungers in private beach cabanas. Rooms feature views out over the island and the ocean and are equipped with all the expected modern conveniences including air conditioning and televisions. The hotel features the largest freshwater swimming pool in Grand Cayman, a water sports centre five dining options serving a range of cuisine from Caribbean comfort food to tapas.

  • The Beach House – upscale, yet casual dining restaurant serving cuisine withCaribbean, Mediterranean and Asian influences; offers small and large plates and a five course tasting menu (open 6PM – 10.30PM)

  • Beach Terrace – an open-air terrace with a tapas and speciality cocktail menu (open 5.30PM – 10.30PM)

  • Ferdinand’s – causal restaurant focusing on serving Caribbean comfort food from braised short ribs to cassava cake (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner)
  • Catboat Bar – serves bar bites along with whiskey, wine and beer (open 2.30PM – midnight)

  • Café Soleil – offers a ‘grab and go’ menu of fruit, pastries, sandwiches and organic snacks; seating available (open 6AM – 5PM)
