There’s the Mediterranean buffet, formal a la carte dining, Italian cuisine enjoyed against a backdrop of Picasso ceramics, freshly caught seafood savoured al fresco with a view of the sea, a Cretan taverna serving locally sourced organic fare, Asian cuisine, a poolside brasserie, live music lounge and beach bar where DJ nights are regularly held for parties on the soft sand. What’s more, the hotel has its own Agreco Farm near Rethymnon, where you can learn about traditional farming techniques on the island and indulge in a six-course menu whipped up using the organic produce grown here. If all that weren’t enough to tempt you, Grecotel Amirandes offers free meals and snacks to kids up to the age of twelve, between 11am to 5pm, every day!
