Day 1 - Day 2 (Arusha - Lake Manyara)

Arusha - Lake Manyara (approximately 2 hours)

You depart Arusha in the afternoon and pass through the Masai Steppe filled with many picturesque African villages as well as maize, coffee and banana plantations. At the town of Makuyuni you turn North West and continue the journey up through a scenic escarpment that brings you to your lodge, perched on the edge of the Rift Valley with stunning views over the distant Lake Manyara.

Day 2 (Lake Manyara - Serengeti National Park)

Lake Manyara - Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, climb into your safari vehicle for a morning game drive through the exceptional scenery of Lake Manyara National Park. Around noon, you'll return to the lodge for lunch before departing for another game drive in Serengeti National Park before arriving at your lodge at sunset..

Day 4 (Serengeti National Park -Ngorongoro Crater)

Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Crater (approximately 4 hours)

After breakfast, spend a second day exploring the wildlife-rich plains of Serengeti National Park. After a picnic lunch, depart for Ngorongoro and your lodge, set high on the rim of Ngorongoro Crater.

Day 4 (Serengeti National Park -Ngorongoro Crater)

Day 5 (Tarangire National Park )

Expect a day of incredible game viewing as you descend into the famous Ngorongoro Crater, often referred to as the world’s largest wildlife zoo. You'll be equipped with a picnic lunch to enjoy overlooking a small lake frequented by snorting hippos before returning to the lodge in the late afternoon.

Day 6 (Ngorongoro Crater - Tarangire National Park

Ngorongoro Crater - Tarangire National Park (approximately 3 hours)

Depart the Ngorongoro Crater after breakfast and proceed to Tarangire National Park which has a fantastic game viewing appeal of its own. After lunch, depart for an afternoon game drive through the park with a dedicated guide.

Day 6 (Ngorongoro Crater - Tarangire National Park

Day 7 (Tarangire National Park - Arusha – Selous)

Tarangire National Park - Arusha – Selous

Depart after breakfast and head north east to Arusha, passing back through the Masai Steppe filled with many picturesque African villages and fields of maize, coffee and bananas.

When you arrive in Arusha, you’ll be dropped off at the airport and provided a picnic lunch for your mid-day coastal flight to Selous Game Reserve. Upon arrival, you’ll be met by a guide and transferred to the camp to freshen up before dinner.

Day 7 (Tarangire National Park - Arusha – Selous)

After breakfast you will be transferred to the airstrip for your coastal flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival, you’ll be met and transferred to the stylish Serena Hotel, overlooking the beautiful Indian Ocean where you'll spend your time swimming, snorkelling and suntanning along the coast of the island.
