Of the four casita categories available at Castaway Island, Fiji, the main differences between them are their location around the resort grounds. Some will be flanked by palm trees and tropical plants, feeling nicely secluded, while others look out on to the ocean or sit directly on the beach itself. Welcome touches come in the form of a private terrace and hammock, ideal for lazy afternoons, as well as air conditioning and a good-sized bathroom. The decor scheme is then decidedly Fijian, with dark wood furniture, traditional artworks and thatched roofs only adding to that Castaway Island feel, which makes your stay here all the more charming.
