Cape Town

Africa's southernmost city is a proud and picturesque destination on South Africa's Cape Peninsula. Dominated by Table Mountain, Cape Town's immediately recognisable skyline welcomes you to an intriguing and eclectic city full of distinct neighbourhoods. Discover a unique mix of cultures, acclaimed restaurants, fascinating museums and a vibrant beachfront cafe culture. Sightseers may want to join a city tour to help get their bearings, or head out on the water to Robben Island, the former island-prison that is now an informative monument to the country's troubled past.

South Africa's winelands produce some of the world's best wine but this is not just a destination for wine connoisseurs. Beginners can learn the basics at a wine and cheese tutorial, while foodies will be enthralled by the food scene. All this is set amid a backdrop of stunning mountain scenery and some beautiful Cape Dutch architecture.
