    Beachfront Villa 1 Bedroom

    The Beachfront Villa 1 Bedroom has a lovely view of the lagoon as well as its own private plunge pool. At 1,636 square feet, these villas are located close to the spa and lagoonarium. Nestled within the palms on the beachfront, they have a separate bedroom and lounge, en-suite bathroom that opens onto the walled-in garden with its outdoor shower and private swimming pool. Plus, there's a spacious terrace with a dining gazebo with a view of the lagoon.

    Premier Overwater Otemanu 1 Bedroom Villa

    The Premier Overwater Otemanu 1 Bedroom has views of Mount Otemanu, direct lagoon access as well as a romantic whirlpool. At 1,905 square feet, these overwater villas are ideal for small families or couples. There's a bedroom and en-suite bathroom as well as a separate lounge with daybed corner. Glass viewing panels mean you get a glimpse into the sealife below. Plus, the spacious terrace comes with a lagoon-facing dining gazebo and whirlpool.

    Superior Overwater 1 Bedroom Villa

    The Superior Overwater 1 Bedroom Villa has direct access to the lagoon. At 1,550 square feet, these overwater villas have a separate bedroom and living area with an en-suite bathroom.     The Royal Overwater Otemanu 1 Bedroom Villa has views of Mount Otemanu and direct lagoon access with their very own pool. At 2,798 square feet, these overwater villas have a separate bedroom and lounge, en-suite bathroom and spacious terrace with views of the mountains and lagoon.

    The Royal Overwater Otemanu 2 Bedroom Villa has views of Mount Otemanu and direct access to the lagoon. At 3,455 square feet, these overwater villas have two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace with their own private pool suspended above the waters of the lagoon. These spacious two bedroom villas are ideal for families and friends travelling together.

    For the ultimate pampering, the Royal Estate 3 Bedroom Villa has a view of the beach and the lagoon. At 13,000 square feet, this is the largest villa in the South Pacific. A private compound, its enclosed on three sides with coral walls and has its own private beach. Inside, there's three bedrooms, four bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area and a lounge. There's also an office that can convert to a kids' guest room. Plus, there's a solarium, an open courtyard with a swimming pool and a terrace elevated above the beach. We love that the master bedroom pavilion has a whirlpool, sauna and private gazebo. Extra perks include a dedicated butler and private chef on request.
