Jade Mountain at Anse Chastanet
Undeniably one of the Caribbean’s most iconic hotels, this award-winning luxury resort is nestled into the mountain side of a sprawling 600+ acre estate offering St Lucia’s best views of the Pitons.
At the five star plus Jade Mountain at Anse Chastanet, privacy and exclusivity come as standard – which may come as a surprise considering each of the 29 suites has one wall “missing”! Guests benefit from their own private infinity pool and will access their suite, or Sanctuary, from its own bridge-like walkway. Unashamedly adults-only, the emphasis here is on immersing yourself in the tranquillity of the resort – easy to do thanks to the stunning natural surrounds and the selection of exciting yet low-key activities including the Jazzy Sunset Cruise on-board a double decker catamaran complete with champagne and a saxophonist.

About Jade Mountain at Anse Chastanet
Although many guests choose never to leave their suite, there’s plenty to do here. From yoga to mountain biking as well as a choice of watersports to walking nature tours. There’s even a Tree to Bar chocolate tour visiting Jade Mountain’s own chocolate-making laboratory. Water lovers will love the PADI 5* Dive Centre and the opportunity to explore St Lucia’s best coral reef, right in front of the resort.
Food is a major focus here. Modern fusion cuisine, encompassing plenty of fresh produce grown at the resort’s former colonial era plantation, is served at the exclusive Jade Mountain Club. As well as in-room dining and drinks on the rooftop Celestial Terrace, guests can enjoy dining at any of the four restaurants of its sister property, Anse Chastanet.
And if this wasn’t enough, along with an on-site spa and fitness centre, guests have full access to the facilities of sister hotel, Anse Chastanet including two beaches.
