As you dine in the award-winning, ninth floor restaurant of AX The Palace, glancing out to the unspoilt views of Sliema, and Valletta's historic harbour, you may have a decision to ponder. How to spend the evening? What to prioritise tomorrow? There is the rooftop infinity pool, swim, relax, sip a cocktail alongside or take in more of those views. Inside, a couple of storeys lower, is the indoor, freshwater pool and accompanying steam and sauna rooms. Head to the luxury spa for a massage, couples treatment or even facials and non-surgical age-defying treatments. Every skin type is catered for. Those with a little more energy, or perhaps who have indulged a little too much, may be tempted by the gym and fitness centre.
